How do I know my transaction will be safe?

What happens after I’ve placed my order?
We receive notice from the credit card processor that your order has been placed and paid for. We see your name and shipping data as well as the order placed. We do not see credit card data and that information is not stored on our or any other data base. At that point depending on time of day your order is pulled and shipped that evening or the next morning. Most delivery times are 2-3 days depending on where you are relative to Florida.
How are products delivered to me?
Most orders will go out within 24 hours by USPS (Priority Mail). In the rare case where that would not be effective orders will go out UPS. Any international orders will go out USPS. In the event of being out of stock, you would be notified by e-mail of the anticipated ship date and be given the opportunity to cancel for a full refund or have your order shipped as soon as your product becomes available.
What is your refund policy?
Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs.
