Provides the necessary minerals currently missing in the American diet. Mineral deficiency is the product of decades of high-production agriculture whereby the micro-nutrients have been depleted from the soil. Our ability to absorb these nutrients diminishes as we age. Deficiencies and chronic disorders of metabolism develop. Directions:

Recommended dosage in adults is 2 capsules twice, daily.
Children should take 1 capsule twice daily.
The elderly may require 2 capsules three times daily, due to diminished capacity to absorb.

NOTE: Start off with 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast. After a few days, increase to 2 capsules before breakfast, and then increase to 2 capsules, twice daily.

It is not uncommon to experience slight stomach upset, at first. This is temporary. Some experience a 'burst of energy' or 'agitation.' This, too, is temporary. This mixture is most effective if taken on an empty stomach, or at least 30 minutes before eating.
